The news of the vp-level reorganization of the Unitarian Universalist Association could be good news. (I intend to be neutral about outcomes. OK: I confess a twinge of hope.) I have tons of respect for Kay Montgomery — most or all of the ministers I know do — so I believe him when Peter Morales (quoted in the story) says, “It was a level of oversight that no one person could do.”
But between this and other other staff changes lately, I think it would be helpful to see a new staff organizational chart. Does anyone have one: official or home-brewed?
